My stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless with plenty of towels, and the room service was exceptional. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Two thumbs up! The hotel could use a facelift but overall not bad. The only downside was the delay in check-in time.
Rooms
8.0
The room was fabulous and very clean. I had a comfortable stay with plenty of fresh towels and great room service. The only thing to note is that the hotel could benefit from a deep cleaning to refresh the walls and furniture.
Service
7.0
The service was helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to assist me, although there was a slight oversight in communication about the credit process. On the upside, they made sure we exited from the nearest exit for convenience.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was right in Downtown, making it convenient for our itinerary. It was perfect for attending a family event in Wilmington and close to the train station. The only drawback was the noise from the aircon gap that needed some adjustments.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a surprising bonus with good food options, especially the breakfast hosted by a hotel chain. However, it was a bit far from other amenities like bowling lanes and restaurants known for breakfast options.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers a variety of facilities that were satisfactory for my stay. It could benefit from minor improvements, but overall, they met my needs.

The service was a bit detached but pleasant overall. The location was great for exploring the city, although there was some noise issue. The dining was underwhelming, but the facilities were decent.

6.0/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in Downtown and minutes away from all major businesses and attractions in Wilmington. The rooms, however, were at the very bottom of my list due to being close to the elevator beside the electrical room, resulting in buzzing and vibrations in the bathroom. The service was friendly but got a bit mixed up with my credit card charges. The dining experience was decent, though not included, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were dusty and in need of a good deep cleaning, including a refrigerator that was not working and a toilet seat that was not secure.
Service
6.0
The service was extremely helpful and polite but a bit unprofessional when it came to credit card charges.
Location
8.0
The location was clean and felt safe to walk around, especially if you're going to see a concert at the Wilmington Opera House.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were not included, and the restaurant was a bit far from the bowling lanes.
